For each client, Brian puts his extensive marketing expertise to work and constructs a comprehensive marketing plan that is tailor-made to each property. Specifically, he targets interested buyers through advertising, direct mail, telemarketing, online marketing while leveraging his agent partnerships via private showings and public open houses.
After 20 years in the corporate world, Brian understands how important it is to communicate each property's benefits to interested buying agents, who in turn can recommend the property to their clients - a win-win situation for buyer and seller alike.
For every client, he leaves no stone unturned, pursuing interested agents and buyers and communicates timely updates on activities concerning their home.
Brian received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He lives in Thornhill, Ont., with his wife and two daughters. |
